Our Story

Why did we start this business?

Lo: I am a creative and LOVE people. I have a passion for connecting with people one-on-one and working with my hands. We started our permanent jewelry business in 2023, a perfect opportunity to join together my love for creative work and connection. 

In 2024, we expanded our offerings to include personalized sparkle prints to bring magic to your most special photos. Today, Co. Lo is proud to offer customizable welded jewelry (sparks) and personalized glitter photographs (sparkles), creating and capturing lasting moments with those who matter most. 💖

Where did the Company Lo name come from?

Lo: Born Lauren Elizabeth, I’ve picked up lots of nicknames over the years... Lolo, Lizzy, and Lo to name a few. Lolo really stuck when I was in college (and when I became an Aunt, of course!) and became more than just a nickname.

How did you meet your business partner?

Matt: Lo and I fell in love in high school when we were 16 and 17 years old. After some out-of-state long distance during college, we got engaged and married in 2018. The rest is history!


What have you enjoyed most about starting a business with your wife?

Matt: It has been very rewarding seeing how passionate and hard working she has been starting this business. She is fueled by her creativity and love for people. We have been burning the midnight oil to launch this business, but it is very fulfilling building a brand with your best friend.
