Refund/Exchange Policy

  • At Co. Lo, we pride ourselves on creating unique, custom products tailored to you. Because our items are personalized and made-to-order, all sales are final upon completion of your transaction and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We understand that customer satisfaction is crucial. If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping, a defect in the product, or an error in customization on our part—please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
