We understand that customer satisfaction is crucial. If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping, a defect in the product, or an error in customization on our part—please reach out to us within7 days of receiving your orderand we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
